Why you are inconsistent
The primary factor causing inconsistency for most golfers is that they setup with their arms and clubshaft on different planes but return through impact with arms and clubshaft on the same plane (see pictures to right). The alignment of arms with clubshaft during the swing is a natural response to the swinging force created by the clubhead. However, the sequence of body motions necessary to accommodate this alignment when starting in a different setup is complicated and usually miss timed during the swing, causing errant golf shots and inconsistent scoring…not to mention bad backs, hips, shoulders and bruised egos!
These pictures to the right are of professional, world class athletes. This is the talent level and physical ability necessary to successfully accomplish the timing required during the swing when arms and clubshaft start where pictured. Look in the mirror...do you have the physical ability to time a swing like this?

There is an easier way
Natural Golf is based on the science of a Single Plane Swing. By starting with your arms and clubshaft on the same plane at setup there are virtually no strenuous body compensations necessary to return through this natural alignment during the swing. The Natural Golf Single Plane swing simply has fewer moving parts leading to more consistent ball striking and lower scores. This is a swing you can do, not a swing you see done on TV! Look at the pictures to the right, the setup position is virtually identical to the impact position. No twisting or turning necessary to accommodate the natural alignment of the clubshaft with the arms because that is where you start!
Fewer moving parts from setup to impact equals consistency
Engineers build equipment testing machines using the science of a Single Plane Swing because it provides the Ideal Mechanical Advantage of repeatability with limited stress on the system.
